Description

Conveniently located off I-95, the Lowcountry Visitors Center and Museum at Frampton Plantation House is a historical destination, as well as a good spot for Fido to stretch his legs. The property dates back to the 1700s, when it was part of a King's Grant to the Frampton family. The plantation house dates back to 1868, when it was rebuilt after being burned by General Sherman’s troops. It now houses the Lowcountry Visitors Center, Museum and Gift Shop. Dogs are welcome anywhere on the four acre property, and well-behaved dogs are allowed inside the house.
