Cat Gap Loop review in Brevard, North Carolina
Description
Cat Gap Loop is a moderately easy, 5 mile hike in Pisgah National Forest that will take about 3 hours to complete with Fido. Your dog will love this gentle trail that has plenty of water around with its rivers, streams, cascades, and puddles. During the spring and summer enjoy the many wildflowers along the trail, and in fall it is best to wear hunter orange. This hike is slightly easier when hiked in a clockwise direction. Please note that dogs must be on a leash between April 1 and August 15, but must be under control at all times; Hunting allowed.
