Point Isabel Regional Shoreline is pet-friendly. With over 23 acres to explore off-leash, the park welcomes over half a million dogs every year. The park also offers a variety of recreational options including bay fishing, hiking, birdwatching, biking, and jogging. Any person allowing their animal to be off leash must carry a leash (six-foot maximum), keep their dog or other animal under voice control and within sight at all times, clean up after their dog, immediately leash any dog showing aggressiveness, and prevent dogs from digging or otherwise damaging park resources.
