Higbee Beach Wildlife Management Area review in Cape May, New Jersey
Description
Higbee Beach Wildlife Management Area is dog-friendly. This half-mile stretch of beach allows dogs on leash and under control from September through April. Parking areas near the beach may be closed during the summer. The park is open daily from dawn to dusk. Dog owners are reminded to clean up any mess that their pooches leave behind.
